Alex Williams called my mother and said he worked with AEP and that he would help her lower her electric bill. All she had to do was give him $100 to start the process. He took her social security number and bank account information.

Called by a many claiming to work for AEP saying I was getting $100.00 refund from my last electric bill and that I would get 30% off my next bill. He asked about my computer and then my banking and credit card info. I did not give him anything and hung up.
