I received a call from a company called API. The number they tell you to call is 844-820-5020. When you call you get voice mail. But the number they are call from is 614-556-4323. How I originally found out they were trying to find me is they called my mother on her cell phone "looking for me". When I called the 614-556-4323 I spoke with a Brenda. She would not listen to my questions just started yelling out my social security number, DOB and current address. I am sure there were many privacy laws broken. She then screamed at me that this is a valid debt and then hung up on me. I have asked for documentation on what they say I owe and they will not give it to me. I called the place to where API said I owed and they have never heard of this company. They have threatened me that they are going to come to my place of work. I could lose my job over this.
