I paid for this product twice. The first time I ordered it in December 2020 the product did not arrive. So I contacted the company and the delivery service UPS. They claimed they had delivered it, yet it never arrived. I was here everyday during the pandemic and over the holidays waiting for it. In January, because I never received the filter I asked for a refund and ordered the product again from their sister company. I paid for it again, yet did not receive a refund for the products.

Also, the quality of the product seems low. It claims it can filter fluoride, yet I am unsure.
