I had received a garnishment through my job from this company I asked if i can make payment arrangements she tells me no i just got back from covid dealing with my family! The lady didn’t care she sent me to the manager i know I borrowed 500.but im paying on a loan for 883 which i think its unfair the pray on poor people which we cant catch a break i sent a email to the. Higher ups to see if we can settle or 50 dollars will be taking out of my check in which i can get fired they don't care stay away from this company and better day loans this who they use if u don't pay them so sad they will not work with u at all

Type of a scam Debt Collections

We received a fax from Apex Servicing stating that an employee of ours had electronically signed a wage assignment form. However, when we asked our employee, they knew nothing about it. The company claimed they were collecting on a loan. When we tried to call their number, it had 2 prompts to press 1 to continue in English. We then received a busy tone. The forms they sent us listed the last 4 social security numbers of the employee.

I just had this happen to me. My job outsources most of our HR's responsibilities. I was not made aware of this company taking money out of my check until I got paid. Then I went into my HR lady and she had no idea what I was talking about. No signature, just saying I electronically signed with a IP address of 98.97.82.222 (which is or was from a Starlink Account somewhere in or around Dallas, Tx.
