They are trying to garnish wages saying they are collecting money for a loan place called First Loan PO. Box 668, Branding ,UT 84511. They sent a form to my previous employer trying to take 15% of my wages each page. I do not have a loan out with this company and amount. I feel this place is trying to get people's identity.

Apex Lending Services first contacted me and based on the “urgency”, advised me that I had been approved for a loan, which I had been shopping for. K. Bell explained that she was able to negotiate with a “third party lender “ an amount of $5,000, but in order to get the loan, one of three things had to take place: purchase collateral insurance, get a co-signer, or pay what amounted to two (2) of advanced payments. She also stressed the importance of signing a contract and returning via email or fax, in order to hold “this agreement in place”. I agreed to make the payment covering two (2) months, and once I returned home, went online, found and filled out the paperwork, and faxed it back to this person. On the first of the month, I went to a Western Union location and sent the monies to a person in Ontario, Canada, and once the transaction was confirmed, was told that I would receive the funds “by the weekend” with a phone call coming from Ms. Bell confirming the transaction was made. In short, neither took place. Subsequent attempts to get answers resulted in Ms.Bell LYING, stating that my “application had been re-evaluated”, and that I was ineligible for a loan. I asked what happens to my monies, to which she responded “...you will get it in thirty (30) days!” Subsequent calls have been fruitless, yielding nothing but voicemails. More than 30 days have passed.

I was looking for a personal loan and they seemed legitimate have the whole automated answering with all these extensions, website, looked them up found no complaints. I was told I would have to pay two payments up front because my credit score wasn’t as good as they wanted I sent it 642 dollars then two days later no money in my account I call they said I had beeen reassessed and unless I could do another 642 that they could not do my loan. I sent another payment I was desperate to get my dogs surgery then again no deposit like promised when I called again they wanted a 1000 for insurance I said no I was crying upset he laughed and hung up in my face this was on Friday my dog passed on Saturday because he didn’t get his surgery on Friday. They lied stole and we’re v good at it! DO NOT USE THEM!

Said I was approved for a loan but because my credit score was on the lower side I would have to make two payments up front then once I did they wanted a additional two payments said because I had been reassessed and they really wanted to terminate my contract but I would send two more they would do the loan. I borrowed money to do this I needed the loan for my dogs surgery and never received a payment but they then wanted money for insurance I lost it and they laughed at me my dog passed the next day.
