I placed two separate orders on apexdevice.net, one for a device and one for a three year warranty. I received no confirmation, no shipping information, nothing. I was charged in full plus shipping costs. I waited for any information and eventually tried to contact them. I emailed, called over the phone, left messages through the website and Facebook as well. I have not gotten any response. Others on Facebook have described the same experience: paying and not receiving what they paid for. I contacted one of their distributors who told me they had not received inventory or contact from ApeX (Claude) in months.
