I had order a clutch from apex and they send me an order conformation and everything but haven’t given me a exact day for my packaging to arrive so I called and email them and nothing t he phone number dosent even work and I email them twice already and no respond. So now I wonna get my money back

I have always heard good things about Apex Clutches. Sadly it lead me into a scam. I ordered a clutch for my vehicle on 4/1/21 and got a conformation email the same day. Two weeks had passed and I honestly forgot about my order. When I went to the website and discovered the conformation details had not changed and there was no estimated shipping date or tracking number.. I emailed the company and called both with no response. I then checked my bank and saw no withdrawal transaction from this company... Lesson learned, never order from a company online without doing the proper research first!! Now to go find a real company to order my much needed hard to find clutch...

The ScamPulse.com has this company's address listed in ********, the website I came across says they are located in ********... Fishy if you ask me!!

The conformation email I received came from [email protected] via amazonses.com

I ordered a clutch kit for my car from apexclutch.com. everything seemed fine when i placed my order. Got conformation email saying my order has been placed. This was july 15th 2019. 2 weeks go by and i have not got a tracking email so i decided to send them an email to see whats up. No response via email so i give them a call. Lines busy. I try an hour later thinking they probably have someone else on the line, still busy. Sent another email trying to get a response and still no response.

I have sent numerous emails requesting a call back have not gotten one. I have called but the line go busy. I have not heard a word from them. I requested my order be cancelled. Which now doesn't come up on the website when I track order. I haven't been refunded my money.
