Stove repair

Hired Apex to fix my Classic stove. First visit...tech told me part would need ordering. Put a 200 deposit on part. Was scheduled for repair...tech never called. Have not been able to reach anyone since. No voice mail...no response.

I called apex appliance to get a appointment for a repair on my washer at 12:04 pm 9/5/23 I then called back and spoke to Courtney who said she would cancel the appointment I then received several text messages saying about the appointment time so o called Courtney back and told her I already spoke with you can canceled at 12:04 she said no you didn’t then I received a voice mail stating she was going to charge me $75 cancellation fee and $50 a day after words if not paid
