I found a lising for a rental house in San Diego on apartments.com. This is my friends house which they own and are living in. I sent an email to inquire, and I called the number listed. I received a text back late last night "Hello, sorry for the late response, I missed you call yesterday and I want you to know the property is still available for rent so I will like you to get back to me with your email address for more information regarding the rental process and the complete rental application form that's required" (spelling and grammar per the text exactly). I have reported this to apartments.com and they have taken the listing down.
