Type of a scam Tech Support
A gentlemen answered the phone, acting as an agent, he had me download ultraviewer to my computer, he put on their fake files with errors and warnings, and asked me for a one time fee of 39.00 . I told him we use geek squad for viruses and programs, I told him if my computer has errors etc Geek squad takes it off. Sure enough, I contacted geek squad and my computer is fine and has no warnings or errors or virus's. They also called me back using a different number,888-824-9791.this person asked me how old I was? and asked if i got the covid shot!!! I said 29,,, and yes! this could of been a disaster.
