I am a nurse and was looking for some new non slip rubber shoes. Since covid 19 pandemic I have not felt comfortable wearing my tennis shoes. I placed an order online for a pair of anywears shoes on April 9, 2020. I thought something was suspicious at check out when 25.00 pair of on sale shoes just said 12.00 for shipping but no taxes to pay. I still proceeded to check out and order shoes. The email that was sent is suspious because it did not appear professional and never gave me a shipping date. Today, April 13 I checked my account to lool for updates and saw none. I went back to the website and called the number and it is a verizon wireless number or seems to be a personal cell phone. In addition, I attempted to make a personal account and was told I already had one. I proceeded to make a new password and checked on order from my account and it said the shoes I ordered were sold out. I then knew for sure I was scammed. Please stop this so this will not happen to any other healthcare workers. To make a website advertising that you are selling nonslip rubber shoes at affordable price is immoral and devasting to a healthcare worker trying to avoid getting covid 19. We are people too. I am a married mother of 4 with my youngest child being 3 years old. I want to protect my self, my patients, and most importantly my family.
