Ordered a time-lapse camera from this "company", and was patient due to virus that shipping was delayed. The initial invoice and purchase looked legitimate. Received a pair of plastic Ray-Ban sunglasses and immediately reported the error. Company asked for photos. Sent them, still thinking this was an honest mistake. Another month, nothing. Contacted them. They sent a bogus tracking number and a bogus shipping site - https://t.17track.net/en#nums. I reported this, received a story about the package lost in the mail. Received another bogus tracking number with another fake shipping site - https://www.ems.delivery. There is no camera, there is no intention of doing anything but taking money for fake/stolen goods. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!

All four of the email addresses below were used during the fraudulent communication, and when I reported the problem to all of them, I was asked not to. Perhaps one email address-ee is not aware of the scam.

I ordered a ROG Eye web camera from seller on mid March, took several days before item got shipped, waited for nearly a month to receive order. When I got it in the mail it was a totally different item than what I ordered, I got a pack of face masks instead which are also significantly lower in value compared to what I paid for the web camera.

Seller and I went back and forth trying to resolve this issue that went on for nearly 2 weeks. The seller kept misleading me with empty resolution suggestions that kept changing at every email even after I agreed to a suggested resolution, 3 times actually.

After I agreed to a partial refund and them saying "we will send refund ASAP" I never heard from them again for 5+ days. That is when I let PayPal help me which they did and resolved the dispute in my favor. I did not get a full refund from the seller however, I received $10 less that what paid originally, but I won't make it an issue over that amount even though I should've received a full refund after what I've been put through.

All please beware, do not buy anything from Mairanbe.com, they are scammers.
