Same as everyone else. Never got package and got charged double for item.same email too about going to post office and refund takes time ect.ect. crazy how every story is the same exactly the same. I wonder how they are still able to be scamming ppl still

I ordered a tub surround and then waited 22 days for delivery. So when the package finally arrived it was a face mask. Not a tub surround. I emailed them with proof of my order and proof of what I received. I asked for a refund. I have now been waiting for 3 months to get my refund. I'm getting lied to saying that the bank needed time to prepare my refund. And get this...I'm told "you can wait for it" that is the rudest customer service experience. I asked repeatedly where my refund is and if their bank applied it they should know where it is. I get no response besides..I can wait for it. I'm so tired of this and I hope no one else buys from these scammers!

I ordered the 3 sided barber mirror form her that was 70 something dollars. They showed me my item when I was in the process payment page mid April. It was now mid June and I emailed them about my package. They sent me the tracking number and I it said my package was in New York. My so called package came on June 20th by mail, but my package was so big it was supposed to be mailed by UPS. They sent me 5 masks instead of my mirror. I'm so upset because, I got this gift for my fiance' for Mother's Day. I feel cheated and sad that she never got her gift because, they scammed me.

I was searching for vanity mirrors and this website came up I ordered a vanity mirror and I did it through PayPal so took me to the PayPal screen at checkout and once I hit PayPal it automatically charge me the $53.68 and never charge me tax North sent me back to the original website so I knew something was up when it never charged me tax after I purchased the item I did some research on the website and everyone said it was a scam they said they never received their items nor their refund and that this company was actually selling their credit card information to third parties I reached out to my bank into PayPal and they didn’t want to do anything I kept sending them emails and I kept getting replies that were very unprofessional none of them makes sense it seems as if a kid is behind the computer typing out responses my final email stated that the logistics team said that the refund can take one to two months I have ordered plenty of items online and have gotten refunds from different websites and never had to wait 1 to 2 months and I don’t know what the logistics department has to do with the finance department I have plenty of emails to prove it they keep giving me the runaround and are not sending me a refund nor the product

I was online looking for vanity mirrors and I came across this website that had cute mirrors & cheaper than the norm. I looked online, found the one I wanted, and made the purchase. Nothing at the moment seemed wrong or off. I got my tracking number 3-4 days later & I legit tracked it every 2 days.. It was in the same location every single time I tracked it, so I started feeling iffy about it.. I waited & waited.... I stopped tracking it for a few days. Keep in mind, I did this purchase on April 21st. It was May 20th when I tracked it one last time & it said that it was "dropped in/at mailbox and signed for on May 19th at 1:39pm." I was home, nobody came to drop anything off. I contacted them and they told me to check with my nearest Post Office - not sure why it would be at the post office if I clearly gave an address where they needed to drop it off. I still checked, nothing was at the post office either. I felt very weird after that, so I started looking up the reviews (which I should've done before buying it in the first place) and everywhere I read "scam" "SCAM" "do not buy"... So I looked up their address and the address is a home, not a business. The address also states that they are selling Christmas decorations.I was so aggravated, I better get my money back from the bank.

The next section of this claim is to attach an image of what I received but I cannot, because I never received anything.

Money for products was taken from my account. However no transaction was completed and therefore no product was ever being sent.
