2017 my mother died leaving me 1/3 ownership in an unsigned Renaissance painting by  Aelbert Cuyp purchased for $5000 in England, in 1965, Now valued around $160,000 It is approximately 5’x 3.5’ original painting on wood of a Dutch girl similar but larger than the attached smaller example below.

I filed a complaint with the Minnesota attorneys general’s office reporting fraudulent dealings by Anthony Scornavacco art dealer. Anthony S. purchased the painting valued over $160,000 for $6,500 in his letter below:

“”From: Tony Scornavacco  Sent: Friday, January 10, 2020 1:05 PMTo: ***Cc: *** Subject: Painting

“To whom it may concern.

The Dutch painting possibly attributed to Albert Cuyp was sold for $6,500. After a 1/3 commission a check (#17737) for $4,333.55 was issued to *** on 9/26/2018.

Thank you,Anthony Scornavacco””

A manager at the Minnesota Attorney general’s office, James V. In a phone conversation 2-27-20 with me said because I’m a resident of Washington state I must deal through the WA State attorney general’s office regardless of the business owner Anthony Scornavacco, being located in St. Paul, MN. He has refused appraisal, sale and providence information and this is a clear example of scam or fraud would you please investigate his business.
