They left the following voice mail " Good afternoon this is an urgent message intended for (an incorrect version of my name) we have some questions regarding yourself as well as the property located at (my address). It is urgent that you come in contact with our issuing office at 866-982-0993 and while calling please reference your case number 586790. Failure to contact back will leave us no choice but to forward this matter to your local jurisdiction."
I called them and they wouldn't discuss it with me unless I said I was in fact the person they were intending to call (but the name they wanted me to confirm has never been my legal name). I refused to confirm that the wrong name was my name, and she said that I was clearly calling from the phone number that they had on file for me, but the name they were using is incorrect.
