My computer turned all red and flashing and loud warning noise. I called the phone number because it said all my computer information would be stolen or lost. I have Norton protection so thought it was them I was calling. They gave me a case number, a phone number, name of David and Johnny. I gave them a passkey so when I called I would know it was them when they asked for it. They sold me $299.99 for 5 years of Norton protection and a $199.99 windows one time fee. 2 small charges went on my credit card a couple of weeks later and my credit card thought was suspicious so called me. I had to cancel my card and got a new one.
