My instagram account was hacked. Hacker messaged me through Instagram pretending to be one of my friends and started talking about cryptocurrency and how to make more money. They had a video of my friend talking about it and they fool me pretending it was my friend. Hackers changed password, email address and phone number, leaving me unable to retrieve my instagram account. They hacked my Facebook account and started creating new profiles on social media.

Been having such a hard time to get a hold of instagram or Facebook and multiple emails and forms have been sent with no luck.
