I ordered a tool and paid for it. Four days later they sent me a tracking number for my package. When I checked on the tracking number I noticed the weight wasn’t right. The weight was a pond and a half. The tool I ordered weighs 89 pounds. I emailed the company about the discrepancy in the weight. They did not reply. A couple of days later the tracking said delivered but I physically did not have a package. I called usps and they told me the package was delivered to the address. I talked to the post master about what was going on he informed me that usps doesn’t handle packages that heavy (87 lbs.). I again tried contacting the business by email from the website and from the conformation email that was sent. No reply. I went and cancelled my debit card and filed a form with my bank. I tried emailing them one last time with no reply. There isn’t a phone number listed on there website.
