I ordered 3 dresses for $50 each. I received only 1 dress. The other two they did not send them to me. They made a fake delivery tracking number saying that your item has been shipped but there was never proof from the Fed Ex company saying that it was delivered. The first package was verified by FEd Ex with a proof of delivery stamp. I reached out to the company and they said, they are experiencing Covid-related processing issues, so there is a delay in shipment. That emailed turned out to be a scam. The same person kept on replying with an excuse after excuse. I never received the dresses or the refund. If you go to the Anna HARIRI Facebook page for Unsatisfy Customer of Anna HARIRI, you will see hundreds of customers complaints. They have the same story to share. I just feel upset and cheated. Money wasted to scammers.
