They will take your money and never send the items. Do not preorder from them, do not order from them, do not even give their website a look. They are a horrible business and should be shut down.

I ordered an S.H. Monster Art figure on their website on November 19, 2017 and received order confirmation via email after being charged. I've yet to receive my order and I can no longer track it because the website suddenly disappeared. I tried looking up information about it, but I discovered that the website has been known for scamming customers since 2015.

I was looking for an item online and Animepoko came up in the shopping options. I paid for the preorder product and I still haven't received it for six months. They kept moving the preorder date. Hasn't moved since the last time.

I ordered an item and have never received it nor have i received a refund. They do not return phone calls or emails.

I purchased a figure pre order from them in February due in late May and never send it nor responded to any of my emails and from doing more research on them they scammed multiple other people.

AnimePoko is an online website that has scammed many many people. They have a social media web presence and they delete everything negative. They take ecommerce orders for products that they do not ship, then they will hold off on refunding customers until the refund period for cc's has passed.
