Offering French bulldog puppies for sale-/priced $850-$950 with a higher price of $1850 slashed thru as if they were on sale or special. Very extensive directions about breeding practices, etc. you are to pay w bank transfer, Visa debit or Zelle which we used. Once money is received “John Howard, jr” is silent. My wife saw a boxer puppy that my daughter found on line. We contacted the business and they called back saying the puppy was available. The then sent us additional pictures of the puppy as well as instructions for payment. I paid through Zelle (big mistake) and they would provide me shipping info the next day. When I called, they sent a text confirming information and then shortly an email from a Rhonda Transport Svc saying the dog was enroute. Then 15 minutes later, another email from Rhonda Transport said the puppy was grounded and required a payment of an additional $1062 was needed for insurance. I called the breeder back and requested a full refund as the "contract" states they promise a refund. He said per the contract it would be 30 days. This was not in the contract at all. He then hung up on me and now rejected my number.
