Received a piece of mail in my mailbox. Looked odd from the start. First a legit company with in the medical field does not ask for money to be sent to a PO box. Second it does not state what medical procedure this billing is for, a 4 digit account number, just a brief typed out message stating the charged amount, insurance payment, adjustments and patient balance. Then the letter states, make check to: ANH T. Nquyen M.D. States detach payment slip below and there is no detachment slip. It is one sheet of paper with minimum wording, a 4 digit account number which I have never seen in my life, and an order to pay 16 dollars in check form to some po box.

Never ever have I seen a legit medical bill that appears like this. I am not calling the number on the paper, I am not sending money to some po box-and who uses checks in 2020,,lol the only people I have ever seen write a check were elder people in line at a grocery store and their still writing checks because that era learned to adjust their lives in that way..and I am talking very rare sight to see...

If you would call that number and research what kind of medical related business send out fake looking bills advising one to send money to a po box.....Thank you
