I bought a Halloween costume for an infant on angelby.com I was looking for costumes and all the stores were out of them even online in that costume for the size I needed and I finally found one and it was very cheap but I really needed that costume so I purchased it and paid for fast delivery which costed an extra $15. They use the tracking partial app shop. As I was waiting for the item and it never came I looked at the app and realized that the item has been purchased but not shipped but I can still go to the shipping number and item. I tried to contact them several times. The only way to contact them is through email on the website. When I tried to contact them through shop delivery app it says page does not exist anymore.
