Hello, my name is Angelina Pineda. I have recently been a victim of identity thief by an ex-boyfriend, Enrique Gonsalez. This person has opened credit cards in my name and believe he received a PFL grant for $19,000 in my name. He is also receiving packages in the mail that are addressed to me. I have reason to believe he is using my information to receive information on my behalf. Can someone please help me look into this matter. My email is [protected]@gmail.com

and my correct address is [protected]. The person committing fraud in my name resides at 45415 Raysack ave
Lancaster ca 93535. Please do not deliver any documents in my name to this address. I'm attaching my DL photo to validate my correct mailing address. Can someone please look into this matter for me? Thank you- Angelina Pineda
