On the morning of November 12, 2017, I woke up early to multiple emails stating that information on my Netflix account had been changed approximately 2 hours prior. The password, phone number, and name were changed and the individual signed up for the Netflix DVD service with an address in Tennessee. They also added multiple shows and movies to the queue. Luckily, I had never used the DVD service before so the individual signed up for a free-trial period and I was able to cancel it straight away before being charged, as well as remove their address from my profile, change my password and had Netflix change the name on the account. Luckily I have all of the scammer's information (if it is in fact not fake). image included is of the activity made by the scammer. It is very concerning to know that someone in a state 2,300 miles away has my name and other personal information.
