I saw an ad on craigslist for a two bdroom 1 bath house in chico ,ca so I emailed the person who placed the add. she sent me an application and told me she was living in Texas for work. she said she work for hrsa and she was hearing impaired. I sent her the application and she said I was approved and then sent me the lease andhad me email it back. ten asked for $600 for the security deposit by walmart2walmart sent it to her son Daniel marcel. thenshe would send me the keys to the house. then a day later she said she spoke with her lawyer and that she informed her she needed first months rent $1000.00 and to transfer it into her lawyers account : Minnie Hernandez #216-222-4394 routine #121042882 wells fargobank.

so foolishly I sent it. then she said she was going to send the keys and I should get them the next day. by the next day she said her daughter had cancer and need chemo and she spent all her money already and if I could send her $2000 for advnce on the rent . that is when it hit me I was being scammed. I went o the bank told them what happened and they said they cant get my money back because it was withdrawn then transferred to the persons account. I also filed a police report with Redding police department but they are no help.

no I have no money and no where to live.
