I purchased an rv trailer from Andrew Stevens who told me there were no rain leaks. He also promised that he would deliver the trailer with the dinette table and cushions, the keys, and the new mattress and the toilet valve and the refrigerator vent lid. After a few days of waiting to get the trailer he finally said his guy was not cooperating with him. So i agreed to get the trailer myself. But he also promised to deliver the other items. Once he was able to do so within a couple days. I was not able to open the locked compartment doors so i was not able to look inside the compartments. But once i got the trailer home i was able to inspect the roof of the trailer. I found a large soft spot over the bathroom. I looked inside the bathroom and found the ceiling was very rotten. The bathroom had new vinyl flooring which i was now concerned about. I removed the floor trim and found discolored (from water) vinyl flooring. I tried calling Andrew but he would never call me back or return my calls. I pulled the rubber roof back and found lots of rotted wood. I messaged andrew but he would not message me back unless he would say he was in a meeting or out of town. I was able to open the compartment doors and in one i found the secret he was hiding under the front new carpet. I found the edge of new plywood and it was laying on top of rotted subframe. I pulled up the carpet to reveal a big piece of plywood stapled over a terribly pieced together floor. This guy and his team are professional scammers. Putting bandaides over big issues. I was never able to get the items promised in the bill of sale. But worse than that i have an rv trailer that should have been a total loss with insurance.
