THIS IS RIDICULOUS..THEY JUST SCAM ME SAYING THEY WIRK FOR ENTERPRISE RENTAL CAR IM A SINGLE MOM THEY GIT ME OUT MY KAST $400 DOLLARS..THEY WERE INDIAN MEN..SAYING THERE NAMES WERE NICK AND ETHAN..SO IS THIS COMPANY REAL!? I NEED MY MONEY BACK..WHO CAN I CONTACT..I HOPE AND PRAY GOD DEALS WITH THEM

i need some help. Anderson pcc media has scamed me ,saying i could get protection with my pc for microsoft looks like there is no protection there. please help me. they said they were working out of Washington DC part of year and out of India part of year. they said i could get PC protection for 5 years for five years. it amounted to 500 dollars

I got scammed also. Had an amazon firestick and memory was artificially used up by someone. They said they were affiliated with amazon and said they would fix the problem as someone(s) has infiltrated our devices and used up the memory. Asked me to provide access to my computer and showed my apparently an fake list of IP addresses. I asked for his name and said Sam. Then said to fix it would cost $999.99 for 6 years and would install firewall, IP blocker, anti trojan etc. Said I would have to send a blank check and scanned it. I put my name on it and the amount only after I questioned it. Then said I could not touch my computer or like an hour so they could fix it. It was fixed right. They kept calling to check up on if I was satisfied but I was away from my house for that time and unable to see what programs they actually installed. Tried calling them back and said the office only open from 9AM-6PM EST and was temporarily closed. Had another number from Florida that called and also a foreign voice and that had we will put you on hold and never answered. Got a receipt for the check and called that number and same thing. I called my bank, financial, etc and put holds on everything and changed all of my passwords. Called Amazon to alert them as well.

This company represented them selfs as Mr Cooper and I went for it July 17, 2020 for $1,450.00 for my Mortgage. I've contacted the Mortgage company. the police . American Express and they told me it had a hold on it and that they couldn't do anything until this company actually takes the money. UNBELIEVABLE. So be aware this is a complete scam. And I guess all I can do is hope and pray I get my money back .

Our father, 91 years old, was on his computer and clicked on a link when suddenly the laptop started emitting a loud sound. At that time a message appeared saying that an issue was found on the computer and to call 866-483-5251 for support. He talked with "Victor" who said that he works for Techmiraculous Inc. and that they can fix the problem if he hires them. He then fixed the computer and asked for a payment of $799. He asked for a check and requested that it be held up to the camera and they will accept it. This was then submitted to my father's account and the money was withdrawn. The check as seen in the statement had the company name entered on it and amount, which was not written in by the father. See picture.

Then they told him that he can purchase a lifetime service contract for $1,499.99 and they would provide service to avoid these problems in the future. They had him agree to a contract for this. He was all confused with everything they were saying as he is unfamiliar with it all and was isolated in his room by himself due to the Pandemic. An invoice for this was emailed to him per the Business Name entered above, which is different than who the first check went to.

Once he shared this information with his family, he was told to remove the computer from the internet and shut down. His bank account was closed down and a new account was opened and his account passwords were changed. He was very stressed out by the whole situation and thought that he was doing what he should. They must have been very persuasive to have him agree to a $1,499 fee. Now he is without his connection through the computer until the laptop can be collected and cleaned.
