This company has a 'guaranteed money back' if they can't get approved. Before the whole process started, I was told to submit a set amount of money to get the process started. However, after I paid the fee, one of the employees informed me that the other employee should not have taken the payment because of the area I live in, they weren't sure if I could get an approval. Fast forward 3 MONTHS, they were not even able to find a place. It was always excuse after excuse. Not only did they steal my hard earned money, they never even reached out to the apartments that they so-called 'had an relationship with'. I am utterly disappointed and sick to my stomach that this fraudulent business can steal from hard working citizens, and not seem to care. I have sent 100's of emails, and voicemails to the billing and customer service department; but NOT ONCE response back. They have even blocked my number. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. All I will say is karma always catches up with people. I truly hope your business will be shut down. You CANNOT do this to hardworking innocent people.
