Anchor Point Apartments Reports & Reviews (1)

This complex posts a banner and advertises on multiple sites with a contact telephone number that is actually a cell number. The manager sends an application by email and requests identity documents by text (very dangerous). She then waits for the applicant to call back for a status instead of letting me know when her checks have come back. At that time, she schedules a time to come into the office to bring a $200 holding fee for the unit. She says she will call when the unit is ready for occupancy but she never did. Further, because her number is a cell, she knows im calling and after 18 calls over 3 days, she never answered and her voicemail is full. When I went to the office twice (miles away from where i am), the door is locked. Her desk is positioned so she can see out of the window up to two blocks so I can only assume she locks the door when she sees me approaching. I see evidence of someone having recently been in the office because the coffee on her desk is steaming and computer on. I try to wait her out but it is winter and i dont drive so standing outside more than 15 minutes is all I can tolerate. Please have this company investigated. I recently saw google reviews that proves this is a pattern as opposed to discrimination as I first thought.
