Ancestry lures you in with a cheap introductory price, after you've given them your personal information including credit card info THEN they show you an ongoing monthly cost of $139.00. I didn't hit submit but they're

contacting me via e-mail as if I've agreed to this. If you call to cancel, they say the call volume is too high and

hang up on you. You're supposed to be able to cancel via their website, but you can't get through.
