A robot called claimed someone had fraudulently purchased an I-Phone for $750 on my Amazon a count and that I needed to press 1 to talk to a representative to take care of it. I hung up and checked my account. No activity. I changed my passwsord.

Here is a transcript from a voicemail message I received claiming to be Amazon:

“$537.35 has been debited for a new account for the purchase if you authorize _?_?_?_ charge no action required if you did not authorize this charge then press one to get connected to Amazon customer support…”

Hi, I order some items from Amazon. My items were delivered to the wrong address. I clicked the help tab, within Amazon's website. It said to click to receive a call from a tech. I did. I told the tech about my orderer. The tech said, some of my i der would be refunded. I thought the call went well. After the call I went to check my Amazon' account and I was locked out.

I received an email from the tech i talked to about my refund. Then I got the you're locked out of your account. I then look up the number and it was said the phone number was a scam. Afterwards i got a upload your card billing statement. I'm like for real. I just ordered some oil to help my hair grow I'm in remission.

The other number I call was 18882804331. It seem to be lthe real number. He said my account would be unlocked in 24 hours. The Amazon rep also said the other number was a scam.
