I was also scammed and now I am fighting with my credit card to dispute the phony charges. Stay away from this website! I made a small purchase of $45 and they provided documentation to my cc that is was delivered. However, my ups tracking information shows "delivered to a name at the front desk" This was to be delivered to my home!

I ordered two electronic kitchen garbage cans. They provided the tracking number showing that it was delivered. I call UPS and was told that the tracking # was delivered to the correct person. I contacted PayPal and Told them what happened so they opened a case. Needless to say they denied my claim because the seller gave me a tracking #. What a crock of [censored].

TOTAL SCAM...DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I purchased a Lawn Mower at a too good to be true price, DUH! should have known!
They then will not reply, and then when I reported to STUPID Paypal, they finally sent the tracking. They sent me a small envelope with star stickers in it. (see pic) ...SERIOUSLY!
Then I reported to Paypal and they said I received the item, they are not real bright either.
Bottom line,
DON'T BUY FROM THIS CHINESE RIPOFF COMPANY...TOTAL SCAM, and Paypal is just a stupid to not investigate them.
Paypal DENIEDmy case, so I had to contact my bank and have them reverse the charge.
TOTAL BS!
