I was contacted by Amstar Mutual Trust today asking for me by my maiden name and was transferred to a Miss Walters who informed me that I was to be in court Friday March 17,2017 for non payment of an online payday loan and check deception which is a felony. I was told that I could pay $100.00 today stop court proceedings and then set up two debit card payments of $270.00 equaling $540.00 to pay it off or be prosecuted for this.
