Same as above chainsaw. What we received is a survivalists chainsaw. Definitely not what was advertised.

I ordered a battery powered chainsaw and received a little wire with loops at the end that was supposed to be the free gift did not ever get the mini chainsaw. It was advertised on Google Google should put a stop to this. All I could find out was that this company is in India.

My experience was the same as Sharon M. described. I ordered a battery-operated chainsaw and received the same product Sharon did. PayPal was able to get me a full refund. I re-ordered the chainsaw through a different website (Rosespros) not knowing that they are also Amphitritet. I received the same chain and key hoop again. I registered another complaint with PayPal.

I recieved a wire with a key hoop at each end. Did not order nor do I want. My account was charged 26.59 plus .80 for international. Want a refund and no further orders accepted as I don;t use your company. How should I return your product? Shipped from Worldwide INT'L INC 11120 Hindry Ave. Unit B, L A, Ca 90045. no info is envelope. USPS tracking # VS 9274 8927 0054 8500 0032 9047 98. Will dispute charge with my Bank also.

I ordered 20 8-10 inch sea glass trees at apprx $18 each (ttl $377.82) They arrived and they are nothing like what was advertised they were plastic 4 inch trees. The company said they discontinued what I ordered and they are substituting what they sent. I contacted them by email because there is no phone number and they said if I return the items they will refund me 10%. IT'S NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Nor did I authorize a substation. I have several photos but it will only let me attach one.
