After several attempts over 2 weeks of trying to reach them at every number & email I could access, to first get tech support & then to return both items, I got no response. I returned the items with a detailed description of the issues inside. One was broken, the other would not function. I commented on FB & they immediate messaged via FB and asked for my cell #. Then over the course of the day it was hit/miss trying to get them to respond. The very condescending customer svc. person gave me an RMA number and an address to return it to. (It was the exact address that i had already returned my items to) she said they would likely be returning my items to me to re-send back with the RMA! They returned my return items “return to sender”; this time I wrote the RMA all over the box & paid again to return the items. It was also returned to me “return to sender”!!! I have spent $25 in postage! Out of options. I have warned other prospective purchasers on their FB Page. Many others share my same complaints.
