I responded to a pop up ad offering me the opportunity to have my car wrapped. I received a check in the mail along with a letter. The check was for $4,650. They wanted me to mail $4,000 back to them. The letter told me to deposit the check into my account then call them back. The return address on the USPS Priority Mail envelope is Top Shelf Value, Canoga Ave, Canoga Park, CA 91304-2607. I took the check to my bank who told me it wasn't a good check. I do not want someone else to be scammed by them.
