I ordered this diet product from tv ad. they said I could try it for 30 days I try it twice for 10 days each both times got very sick. returned product in box I received it in . I handed it directly to my mailman then never received a refund so I called company and was told to wait a little long waited another couple of weeks called again then was told it was past 30 days and they can not help me. so then I called my credit card for help. there was a total of 6 phone calls and email disputes between them and my credit card company . then the dispute department and I had a 3 way call with the company they continued to say they cant speck to us because there was a dispute going on. but we kept trying to explain that the dispute department was on the line thy continued to not listen or help us just repeating the same thing they couldn't talk about it I have never had such a terrible experience with accompany before. so I ended with out product and out 148.00. this company is terrible to work with and very unhealthy. do not bother with them or you may have the same experience too! I will say after 4 months of fighting this my credit card company reimbursed me directly from them and took the lose for me. my card company is capital one they really are the best! thank you ***............
