I purchased a set of light up dice from the seller and did not receive that set. I tried finding the original product page on the seller's website (https://www.vxristore.com/products/pixels---the-electronic-dice-1), but it's saying the page no longer exists. After over a month between when the order was placed and when I finally received the item, I discovered that I had been sent something completed different. I ordered a set of dice that should light up and be programmable, but I only received a standard set of metal dice--specifically silver with pink numbers. This is not what I ordered, so I contacted their customer service to try and get the order fixed. They told me that my only options are to get either a partial refund or to send the item back (paying expensive shipping and handling for overseas delivery) to get a full refund. I can understand if I had ordered the item, it was the correct item, and that I didn't want it anymore. However, the seller made a mistake and sent me the wrong item or sent me a completely different item in a bait and switch. I have yet to find out which it is. Now I'm sitting here, out some money and unable to get the item I was promised because they claim I misread the product page when I know what I ordered. The worst part is that now that the product page is gone, I can't accurately prove it.
