Yes, I'm needing help. I received a call from AMG(Asset Management Group)ph: 855-452-2448 ext 101. The gentlemen on the phone said his name was Marshall James Stanton and he was calling because of check fraud made by me and he would be out to my resident as of yesterday. I called the number yester day and talked to a Paul Cregan and he said I owed a payday advance 0f $1525.00 and he could drop the fees and I would only have to pay $975. He mentioned a letter was sent out to me from the law office of Marshall, Green and Assoc. back in April. I'm not aware of this or not I'm not sure of this. I agreed to make two payments,the first tomorrow by 10:00AM in the amount of $425.00 and the 2nd on the 9th of Sept. for $450.00. I just need a lawyer to look into this to see if this is legit.

I called back and asked for an address and the lady that answered mentioned what did i need the address for? I also wasn't able to get a copy of the pay advance company that I owe.
