I received a phone call from AMG & Associates in California. They claimed my son had an outstanding hospital bill from 2004. Angela in the payment department said the legal document had been mailed to me in November.  However, I did not receive it. She said the bill was $3010 and $615 was due and the amount was negotiable. My son did have a hospital stay in 2004 but did not remember if he had a balance due. He told me to "just pay it." Angela told me to pay $498. I gave her my master card number and she gave me a confirmation number. She gave me her phone number, 209-210-1318. However, when I called that number back, no one answers. I think this is a scam.
