I placed an order with a company that's been advertising on Facebook for months now. The company (Amersafe) had taken money out of my account and has not delivered the mask that i ordered due to Covid. The company initially told me through email that i would be receiving a tracking number within the first 24 to 48 hours and that was two weeks ago. No tracking number and no mask. They did take the money out of my account which makes me feel violently angry. I'm on Social security so when ppl like these promise a service or a product and then don't deliver it hurts more than just the 40.00 dollars they took from me. I'll never order anything online again using my checking account as payment.
