They called me one evening, a female & said they were calling about an overdue balance on a medical bill for $37. When I asked the name of the creditor, they said they needed my email & birthdate 1st in order to protect my privacy. They insisted on knowing my birthdate, which I declined to give so they refused to give me an actual medical facility name. I hung up on them.
