I purchased a pair of jeans for $39.99 about a month ago. They finally arrived and they were not anything like what I orderded. I reached out to Americtops for a refund, and they were asking a lot of unnecessary questions. I was skeptical so I asked them if I could call them back. They called me back 3 times within a 24 hour period and once on the phone with them again, they tried to have me install a program that allowed them remote access to my computer. I actually downloaded the program on my computer and once it asked me to install I questioned the gentleman and he hung up on me.

I saw an ad that showed these beautiful good quality tops that had hearts on them. I chose to go to the website and check it out.

I then decided to purchase three different orders. 1st order total $62.36 2nd order total $73.24 & 3rd order total $149.74. I proceeded with payment through PayPal where I can pay it in 4 payments instead of it all at once. Well, it turns out they just scammed me and others. They emailed me a bogus tracking number for all three orders, plus one email states that my order was out of stock but no where online stating that. I had asked for a refund multiple times and then they proceeded to negotiate with a 50%, 55%, 75% of what I had paid so that I would keep whatever they were sending me but I never received any items. I am disputing with PayPal now but because their is a tracking number they are going by that verses refunding me.

On December 4th I purchased a hoodie/sweater like item as a Christmas gift. I received a confirmation email that my order was successful paid for and would be prepared for shipping. I waited almost 3 weeks before contacting them on Dec 23rd about the state of my order, and this was their response:

"Hi

Thank you for reaching out to us

Sorry to let you know there are some quality inspection problems.

So we haven’t ship the order to you.

It needs to wait 6 days .We will ship to you once available.

Apologize for the long restocking time and inconvenience cause.

Thanks for your understanding and patience.

Best Regards.

Have a nice night~"

Long story short, it hadn't been shipped and I was never notified. I was offered a 5% refund and that was the end of it. I contacted them again on Jan 3rd(today) in hopes of having any news/updates on my order and receiving a full refund, but I haven't heard back yet. I'm tired of not being able to track the state my shipment and believing that it will eventually be shipped when it probably will not.

Please look into this company, every profile including their ScamPulse.com one seems to have been made recently. I wish I looked further into them a lot sooner; They have plenty of awful reviews and customer stories, all of whom share similar experiences.

I ordered Christmas gifts from this company and have yet to receive them. The took my money and will email me but I have yet to receive my purchases. They sent me a tracking number that doesn't work. They are refusing to refund my money.

Scammer would advertise clothes for a cheap price. I never received the items that were ordered. A false tracking number was provided. I am surprised that the company is still operating. I am not the only one that have been victimized.
