I uploaded a copy of my order from AmericanIrishSociety.com. It was an ad on Facebook and I became suspicious when it was being shipped from Belgium then was stuck in Duluth after customs info said it had cleared. So now I have neither the sweater nor the $42.23.

Ordered a St Patrick’s Day hoodie from AmericanIrishSociety.com. Website states that their clothes are made in Boston and they are located in the United States. I gotten three different tracking numbers from them, one saying it was being shipped from Ireland and the other saying being shipped from China. I sent emails to [email protected] and they’ve given me three different tracking service services that were sending the package. I checked all the tracking numbers with United States post office as they told me to, and none of the tracking numbers were official. Now they tell me the package was delivered and it never was and I asked for a refund for the $36.18 and they are not addressing that.

Can't contact the initial retailer from AmericanIrishSociety.com, no telephone number and e-mails to [email protected] are bounced back. Tried going on their web-site but it is not secure.

I ordered on line 3 items from AmericanIrishSociety.com and they for over a month had a tracking number associated with order to keep you watching and expecting package to be delivered. And the when it reached place in Utah from the Netherlands it just stopped moving. Emails were sent to [email protected] and they just kept saying they were sorry but they had no control on the delivery company. I lost $75.04.

I ordered a coat from americanirishsociety.com on November 1, 2023. The total money lost was $86.34. I never received the coat. I have emailed them at [email protected] multiple times and have not received a response. I have also tried calling the number on the website, but it just rings and rings. I think this is a scam website.

They at AmericanIrishSociety.com were sending me weekly emails with supposed tracking info as to where my item supposedly was. Sent me an email on March 27 claiming the item was delivered on March 23. Why wouldn’t you send me an email on the 23rd saying it was delivered on the 23rd. Why did you send me an email four days later saying it was delivered four days ago. Item never came. They have not sent me proof of delivery which I have asked for. They need to send me proof of delivery, it is not my job to track it down. I lost $35.33 on this order.

They advertised on Facebook that they were located in Boston, MA and pictured really nice st patty’s day clothing. Thinking I would receive the items quickly, I went to their website on a browser (not through Facebook), and placed my order. Within a couple days, I received a shipment notice stating it was coming from Romania. I immediately reached out and asked why it was coming from there when they said they were in Boston. They assured me they would rush my order. It has been almost a month since I placed the order. I reached out yesterday letting them know I still haven’t received the order only to be told it was delivered. No pictures, no legitimate tracking information. Asked for a refund and they tell me to reach out to my post office. The post office always lets me know of any pending package arrivals and I have had zero. This company is a scam and shouldn’t be allowed to advertise in the U.S.

Their customer service at americanirishsociety.com keep giving me different tracking numbers that are bogus. They said it was delivered but Ican't check with post office because of bogus tracking numbers. Also tracking indicated Italy and China. I lost $38.48 on this order.

I ordered a sweater on 3-2-2026, from American Irish Society (AmericanIrishSociety.com) and have not received it. I have been getting emails all along from them with two different tracking information with the same order number. The last emails both received on 3-21-2026, one claimed package was out for delivery the other claimed the package went thru US customs, the emails have never match one went thru Germany the other went thru China. I have emailed them several times at [email protected] and I just get the same tracking info. I have also requested a full refund for the $29.38 I paid. I can not find an address or a phone number, just an email.
