American Avenue property management (or someone posing as them) is listing houses for full rent price on Zillow and collecting personal information such as drivers license and SSN through tours and applications. The houses are missing windows, have heavily tinted or cracked windows and missing doors or door knobs. none of the images on any listing or any information presented show these major defects with the house. from what I've experienced with a major increase in scam or telemarking calls since my tour and the words of others I have total and complete reason to believe they are scamming people out of information while presenting a non truthful depiction of the product, and scamming people who are unable to tour the house out of money and information.

I was trying to rent a house and I found the house on Facebook market and on American avenue . They made it seem so legit send all types of paper work . The day I moved is the same day they put my clothes out of the house .
