said they would deliver dog and took them longer than said delivery company was very unresponsive had I transmission and after that nothing and the breeder was non responsive also thought something was up when the crate I had to get was more then dog big red flag I got mad at him so I canceled delivery told him to refund money for dog and cart he said okay and that was the end of our communication so I contacted the proper authority
