I ordered 3 hand held chain saws on 04-29-2021 from this company and have been sending them e-mails without any results in receiving the hand held saws. They keep sending me e-mails that the delivery is delayed due to covid. All other items I have ordered from other companies have arrived as promised. The only response I get is an e-mail from an automated answering program.

On May 10, 2021 I made an online purchase at americanwinterdeals.com $22.98 plus $4.95 shipping. I get a confirmation from [email protected]. Inquired about a tracking number. They emailed me tracking number from [email protected]. It was bogus and The phone number on their website doesn't seem to work. I don't think I'll ever see what I paid for. I see there are more complaints for this company. What can be done to get money back?

Same experience with this Scam Operation. I ordered the mini chainsaw on April 10. On May 9 I received a USPS tracking number that AWD set up with them pending delivery to USPS. Tracking number made in Buffalo. I've made numerous calls and emails, but always get generic email back. They've changed their name to Premier Trust Store.

Phone # does not work.I emailed a copy of receipt and chain with package..only another generic email. I am now also getting email ads from them every day. I paid thru PayPal which I was charged for. I ordered the mini chainsaw in early March. My credit card was charged. I received only the chain, not the hand saw. They have not respond to my emails. I have sent at least 6 emails and get the same generic form email back each time. Called several times, but just get voicemail. Have left messages, but no one responds. This must be a scam.

Mini Handsaw Chain / US&CA in early March. The only thing I received is what appears to be the chain for the mini chainsaw. I have sent numerous emails and called several times, but only get voicemail. The only response I've ever received is a generic email that contains no information about my order. I was duped for about $28.00 plus shipping.

On april 4, 2021 I made an online purchase at americanwinterdeals.com $22.98 plus $4.95 shipping. I get a confirmation from [email protected]. On april 8 I inquire about a tracking number. They emailed me tracking number from [email protected]. The 10th, 14th and today as I continue to email them because I still can't track package, I get the same exact email reply. The phone number on their website doesn't seem to work. I don't think I'll ever see what I paid for. When I go to track package using the number they gave me it still says a label was created and no more.
