Joined September 3, 2016 for special access to prevent foreclosures. Never found one. Was told that I had to wait 90 days for a refund. Now their phone number does not work and there Web page is "not working". I was scammed big time for 199 dollars. I have no way to get my refund.

Company claims to help people save their credit buy finding people to take over their payments with the bank.but to log on to look at the home you have to give them your information and 199.00 that is refundable..after you do that you can go on website but when you go on the site it says it's down right now and then if you do see a house you like and go to the address where it say the house is at it's not .this us a scam

They promised us with over 100 homes in my area withing 50 miles that are in foreclosure. Or being repossessed. We called and the guys name was D*** N*** and had a California phone number 805-886-6271 SO we did the 200 bucks to get access to their website. So i thought oh cool this should be easy. Well we took the addresses they had on their website and we are supposed to send letters that we print off from americastandardonline website only. Mail them to the addresses they provide on homes that are in foreclosure or being repossessed. So we decided to check on the addresses and cross reference phone numbers to the home owners. Well i called several and no answers and no return calls when we left messages. After a few months i called David Nelson several times and no reply. I finally called the Main dept number they gave me on their website to get a refund which they said was 100% refundable if we did not find a home within like 90 days. She said no i could not have a refund..I said why you told me i could and now you don't??? She goes you never gave it a goof faith effort. I said what? She said well we know how many times you log on and what pages you go too and you have not given a good effort, I said how can we send mail to houses who have no owners their and will not take any calls. Were supposed to have the forms that we send theses homeowners filled out by home owner saying that it just was not possible buy our house. And we needed like 5 to 10 of theses signed and mailed back to me before i can get a refund. Now who on Gods great earth can do that if the homeowners you send letters too do not respond????? I am just getting tired of being screwed over. And these businesses legal or not make it so difficult to get a refund and to us being duped should be a crime in and of itself. Thanks OK I JUST called 877-395-1296 And i explained my situation to the lady she then sent me to Andrew who was better suited to handle my refund. He gave me the same speal. I tried being polite and the guy said our policy is if i don't ask for a refund within a year its non refundable. Again i told him we tried cancelling it months ago before the exp and even have an email from them confirming our request for refund. I said i would like my refund or i will be sending my report to the ScamPulse.com and maybe the FBI. He came at me with his policy is if i let it expire its non refundable. i spoke up and said i want my refund and i did try and contact you guys several times and u said i didn't work hard enough. And i said yeah conveniently you guys push people to the brink where they give up or the 1 year deadline would come and go and thus they are off the hook, This has scam written all over it and i am willing to do what i have to do. Please help with this matter as i see several complaints now and people need to take note that this company is abusing the people they prey upon. We lost our house and gave up our last 200! I am so upset. PLEASE HELP SO THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN AGAIN! SO when he kept repeating himself and he said the policy expired and i said i called before the 1 year was up! He just said excuse me over and over! I said you are not listening to me! He said well call back when you can talk! I said OK i'm ready to talk! He paused a few seconds and hung up on ME! IF THAT DOES NOT POINT TO SCAM I DON'T KNOW WHAT DOES!! HELPPPPPPP

We had my son use his debit card to make the 200 payment to get access to a website americanstandardonline and thier will be over 100 houses that were being foreclosed on and if we contacted them before the banks took the houses then the person losing the house gets bailed out and we get the house for cheap. Only no one responded from calls or mail. I called several times to talk with them and i always got push back. Also when i told them we got no responses because the info they provide does not match up with houses and people. So no wonder why people didn't answer phones. They either were no longer their or that house was not even being foreclosed upon or /and a lot of fraud! THE GUY HUNG UP ON ME TODAY BECAUSE I CALLED THEM OUT ON SEVERAL EXAMPLES OF THEIR FRAUD. Any normal business is not going to hang up on their customer and it didn't matter what i said. He did not listen and didn't care!!!!!!!!!! I HOPE TO BE ON AMERICAN GREED SOMEDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! I see now their are several complaints now on line!! SO PEOPLE DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THEM!!!!
