On January 28,2021, a salesman by the name Don Bland came to my house to share information on the American standard walk-in tub. He came and inspected the bathroom He told me what would be needed and that I can get the tub, it will be coming out of Texas, therefore, it it will be scheduled between March 4th and the 11th. Furthermore, it will be completed within 3 days. At this time Don requested a deposit of two thousand ($2,000) dollars upfront. I wrote a check in good faith and anticipation of the benefits of having the usage of this such tub due to my health.

Unfortunately the tub did not arrive on that date. I called to follow up and was told there was a delay and the new date would be April 7th. 2021. it was another no show! At this time I called the company and spoke to a person name Megan to request for a refund on April 8th. She stated that I will receive a phone call from again another Person name Chad Sparks in order to receive my refund. Mr. Sparks never contacted me at all! And, in spite of my several attempts, Megan went on to tell me that I will have to wait and hear for this Chad Sparks.. In my last attempt on April 26th, it was suggested for me to call everyday until he has picked up the phone. to this date the outcome is that I am out of $2,000 Dollars and no tub!
